11/1 NBA Fantasy Preview

Writer: 3 in the Key Team3 in the Key Team

We are officially in the month of November. Spooky season is over and the NBA season is only getting started. We've got a small 4-game NBA slate on this beautiful Tuesday, so we are going to waste no time and jump right into our favorite plays for the night!

GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS vs. MIAMI HEAT

(MIA -1 | o/u 225.5)

This is a massive pace-up spot for the Miami Heat tonight who are 24th in pace facing a Warriors team that is the 2nd fastest in the league.

G: Kyle Lowry (DK: $6,100; FD: $6,500)

I'm not sure what it is, but Kyle Lowry seems to LOVE facing Steph Curry. He had 35+ FP against GSW earlier this season and 34+ FP in 2 games vs GSW last season. With that kind of track record against Steph in the past two seasons combined with his recent 3-game streak of 30+ FP, Lowry is due for another solid night.

F: Caleb Martin (DK: $4,900; FD: $4,500)

Martin is facing a GSW defense that is 1st in PTS and 3rd in AST given up to opposing PFs so far this season. Martin has shown his potential this season with a near-40 FP performance earlier this season. There's a lot of value with Martin tonight.

C: Bam Adebayo (DK: $7,400; FD: $7,900)

Bam absolutely lit up the Warriors earlier this season for his best performance of the season thus far. He's facing a GSW defense that is 1st in PTS, 6th in REB, and 9th in AST given up to opposing Cs so far this season. The Warriors' big men have not been able to hold anyone down this season and for under $8,000, Bam is a steal for tonight.

F: Andrew Wiggins (DK: $6,900; FD: $7,300)

Wiggins is averaging 35+ FP per game this season and besides the last game, he has been very consistent this season. He put up almost 40 FP against MIA earlier this season and with most teams attempting to zero in on Steph, expect Wiggins to get his looks tonight.

CHICAGO BULLS vs. BROOKLYN NETS

(BKN -2 | o/u 232)

After a terrible start to the season, the Nets had enough and have fired head coach Steve Nash. The Bulls will travel to Brooklyn to face a new-look Nets team.

G: Zach Lavine (DK: $; FD: $7,300)

Lavine will play tonight and sit out tomorrow, so we don't have to worry about any limitations tonight. He's facing a BKN defense that is the worst to 3PM given up to opposing SGs this season. He's under $8,000, so I think Lavine is a steal for tonight against a poor Nets defense.

F: Javonte Green (DK: $3,500; FD: $4,000)

With Patrick Williams' recent struggles, Green has been slowly earning more minutes over the course of the season. He's facing a BKN defense that is 7th in PTS and 7th in REB given up to opposing PFs this season. Green is a very cheap punt play for tonight to pair with those more expensive guys.

C: Nikola Vucevic (DK: $7,800; FD: $8,300)

Not too much to say here. BKN's post defense is not great and they are 7th in PTS, 6th in AST, and 10th in 3PM given up to opposing Cs this season. He's under $8,000 and is the #2 guy on this CHI team, so lot of upside with Vuc.

F: Kevin Durant (DK: $10,200; FD: $10,400)

We're talking about KD here. He's facing a CHI defense that is 8th in PTS, 8th in REB, 7th in AST, and 1st in 3PM given up to opposing PFs this season. There's no Simmons tonight, so expect the ball in KD's hands more tonight. This is as good a night as ever to pay up for KD.

G/F: Royce O'Neale (DK: $4,800; FD: $4,800)

CHI is the 3rd worst 3PT defending team in the league and that's what Royce does best on the offensive side of the ball. He's facing a CHI defense that is 4th in PTS, 3rd in AST, and 1st in 3PM given up to opposing SFs this season. He's still very cheap and averaging almost 25 FP per game, so keep an eye on O'Neale tonight.

C: Nicolas Claxton (DK: $5,800; FD: $5,900)

We are riding the hot hand here after a terrific performance from Claxton last game. There's no Simmons, so Claxton should see even more minutes without having to worry about spacing. For under $6,000, we're looking for Claxton to perform well again.

ORLANDO MAGIC vs. OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER

(OKC -3 | o/u 216)

A battle of two youthful teams tonight as the Magic travel to OKC to face the Thunder.

F: Bol Bol (DK: $5,700; FD: $5,800)

Once again riding the hot hand here. Bol has been on a tear since joining this Magic rotation and we expect him to continue this level of production against a young Thunder squad.

F/C: Wendell Carter Jr (DK: $6,800; FD: $6,400)

Not much to talk about here. OKC is 5th in PTS, 2nd in REB, and 7th in AST given up to opposing Cs this season. WCJ is too cheap tonight to not play him.

G: Tre Mann (DK: $5,300; FD: $5,500)

Mann has a 23.6% usage rate as a starter this season and is fairly cheap with a lot of upside as a long as Giddey is still not playing. He's attempting 14.3 FG per game as a starter, so he is a focal point of that offense when he starts. Look for Mann to get his looks against a less-than-great ORL defense.

G/F: Lu Dort (DK: $5,600; FD: $6,300)

Dort is facing an ORL defense that is 5th in PTS, 9th in REB, and 4th in 3PM given up to opposing PFs (Yes, Dort is starting at PF) so far this season. He's attempting 12.7 FG per game without Giddey and has produced 30+ FP in 4 of the last 5 games. Go for Dort while he's this cheap.

F/C: Aleksej Pokusevski (DK: $4,200; FD: $4,400)

Poku has a 20.5% (!) usage rate without Giddey this season which is crazy! He's a high-risk, high-reward player that has shown flashes of what he can do. He's a cheap punt play for tonight with no Josh Giddey.

MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES vs. PHOENIX SUNS

(PHX -4 | o/u 227)

This should be an interesting matchup as the Wolves travel to Phoenix to face a Suns team without Deandre Ayton.

G: D'Angelo Russell (DK: $7,000; FD: $7,500)

PHX has been absolutely abysmal against PGs this season, allowing the 2nd most PTS and 4th most 3PM. Russell is attempting double-digit shot attempts and should get his looks against the Suns tonight.

C: Rudy Gobert (DK: $8,200; FD: $8,700)

While he has dropped some duds this season, Gobert's price is dropping too low to avoid now. He's facing a PHX defense that is missing Deandre Ayton, so he should control the boards tonight.

F: Mikal Bridges (DK: $6,200; FD: $6,100)

Bridges is facing a MIN defense that is 3rd in PTS, 9th in AST, and 2nd in 3PM given up to SFs this season. With no Ayton, there's more shots to go around and for Bridges' price and potential, it's hard not to like him tonight.

C: Bismack Biyombo (DK: $5,500; FD: $5,000)

I know he's facing Gobert tonight, but MIN this season is 3rd in REB and 4th in AST to Cs this season. He has put up 20 and 35 FP in only 22.5 MPG over the last two games, so Biyombo is too cheap to not give a look tonight.

C: Jock Landale (DK: $5,000; FD: $4,800)

Everything I just named for Biyombo applies to Landale tonight, but I will also throw in that MIN is 3rd worst in 3PT defense to Cs this season and Landale attempts a couple per game. He's cheaper than Biyombo and might even provide a bit more upside.

Well, that's all for tonight's smaller slate of games. We hope that our advice and plays can help any and all of you bring home some money tonight and we thank you if you've read this far!
